Our founder Tiffany, a registered dietitian, came up with the concept of Grain of Salt after working with patients in public hospitals in Hong Kong. She saw first-hand the life-changing benefits of nutrition, as long as the advice is digestible and sustainable. Bringing together the science of nutrition and the art of great food, she created Grain of Salt, the first ever evidence-based holistic wellness hub in Hong Kong. By combining an eatery downstairs and dietetic clinic upstairs, Grain of Salt strives for everyone to eat good, feel good, look good, and in turn, do good.

Our food is inspired by global cuisines, offering a rainbow of colours to fill your body with nutrients it requires to thrive. With an abundance of plant-based options, we make sure no one misses out and that everyone leaves feeling happy from the insideout
