Our founder Tiffany, a registered dietitian, came up with the concept of Grain of Salt after years of working with patients in public hospitals in Hong Kong. She saw first-hand the life-changing benefits of nutrition, as long as the advice is digestible and sustainable. Bringing together the science of nutrition and the art of great food, she created Grain of Salt, the first ever evidence-based holistic wellness hub in Hong Kong. By combining an eatery downstairs and dietetic clinic upstairs, Grain of Salt strives for everyone to eat good, feel good, look good, and in turn, do good.
